New Platform Offers “One Stop Shop”

New York company Onboard Informatics has released a new platform it says will give agents “invaluable insight into their local community with just a few clicks”.

Onboard Informatics’ MLS OneSource platform, which can be used to enhance websites as well as other marketing material, focuses on community information such as home sales, values, trends, school profiles and ratings, demographics, local amenities and neighbourhood boundaries.

The platform promises a “one stop shop” providing everything from customisable reports and presentations to map mashups and widgets. A blog post argues that the MLS OneSource tools will “play a major role in adding value to real estate websites through increasing search engine placement and customer engagement all while building credibility and quality lead generation”.

The company states that agents now need to go beyond providing basic information on “bed, bath and square feet” and become “a local expert, a resource, an authority on local stats and ‘in the know’ information in order to attract, retain and drive quality lead generation”.

Onboard Informatics does not outline the cost of MLS OneSource but maintains it is “designed to conform to your specific brand, business, and budget”.

Hi Alice, many thanks for the wonderful mention regarding our MLS OneSource platform. We’re really looking forward to see how the MLS sector will embrace what MLS OneSource has to offer. We have so many established real estate, technology and media clients that have integrated and mashed up our content truly bringing communities to life. It will be great to see what cool and innovative implementations MLS will adopt.

Thanks again for the write up!

    Megan
