IDX Inc, the US based provider of real estate search applications, has released its iPhone application. IDX Inc says this is the first integrated and brandable Multiple Listings Service (MLS) search application for the iPhone.

The free application, “myAgent”, will take advantage of IDX Inc’s relationships and contracts with more than 300 MLS systems throughout the US. The application’s home finding tools are presented through a branded map based search:



IDX explains that agents can customise their version of myAgent, choosing the colour users see when they access the application and promoting their agency through a featured listings logo. Agents can also promote the application on their websites by embedding a banner with a promotion code.
