Lower that Bounce Rate

If you run your own website but haven’t heard the term “bounce rate”, have a seat. You might be satisfied with the number of people visiting your website, but if the majority of those visitors leave within a few seconds without interacting with any of your content, that’s something you need to deal with.
Finding the Fold with Google

For those who run their own websites, keeping content above the “fold” – the place where a web page disappears below the bottom of a browser window – can be an important issue. In the next article (Part 3), we will look at the ridiculously cheap websites being offered to realtors in the US.
Let’s look at virtual and video tours.
Neighbourhood Info the Decision Maker

US National Association of Realtors’ research found 67 percent of consumers cite neighbourhood quality as a deciding factor in their home hunt. The reasons for consumers are obvious enough – convenience, comfort and future profitability – but the question for agents is: how can you make interest in neighbourhood facts and figures work for you?
