coldwellbankeronlocation

Coldwell Banker On Location, Coldwell banker’s branded YouTube channel, is among the top 10 most-viewed branded channels on YouTube, according to inman.com.

After launching in May this year, the US based agency chain’s channel currently has 455 subscribers, 1817 videos and has been viewed 216,706 times. By comparison, Century 21’s branded channel has 529 subscribers, has been viewed 152,931 times and offers 12 videos.

Michael Fischer, Coldwell Banker’s senior vice president of marketing, told obxmarketreport.com:

“As more and more videos are uploaded, On Location will become an even greater asset to consumers. It has the potential to be the Web’s richest array of real estate video content, and the results we have seen thus far prove that we are well on our way.”

Coldwell Banker On Location uses an IP lookup function to automatically bring up local results when users first open the website. It includes videos about specific communities and neighbourhoods, along with real estate news and advice for homeowners and buyers.

The channel was recently named as a finalist in the “most innovative media website” section of the Inman News Innovator Awards for 2009.
