What Does Century21 Blog About?

Real estate agents who’ve been blogging for a year or two might be surprised to learn that Century 21 has only recently launched its official blog for the US under the banner @C21 – Home Matters.

Century 21 says the blog is “a unique digital destination for home buying and selling tips that are informative and inspiring,” adding that the blog is “the centerpiece of our social media platform.” So what kind of content is the brand using to engage readers?

Looking through Century 21′s recent posts, it’s clear the company is aiming to appeal to three main audiences: buyers, sellers and agents. To do this, the blog offers a mix of content including company news, market trends and advice articles. The challenges for the brand will be to keep all three sections of its audience engaged, and to come up with articles that appeal to readers from all over the country.

But judging by Century 21′s established social media presence, the blog should attract its fair share of attention. The Century 21 Facebook page has 14,363 “likes” at the moment, while the company’s Twitter account has 11,811 followers.
